SalveoWell Membership Terms & Conditions

This agreement outlines the terms between you (the “Affiliate”) and SalveoWell (the “Company”). By clicking “I agree,” you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions.

  1. Eligibility & Membership

    • Age Requirement:

      You must be of legal age to enter into this agreement. If you're a minor, parental consent is required.

    • Authenticity:

      You confirm that you are a real person with valid identification.

    • Voluntary Participation:

      You are joining the Company voluntarily and without coercion

    • Independent Status:

      You are not an employee, agent, or representative of the Company and cannot bind the Company to agreements other than those outlined here.

    • Affiliate Role:

      You are joining as an affiliate, distributor, reseller, or retailer of the Company’s products.

    • Commissions:

      You will earn commissions, bonuses, and overrides only when a sale is successfully delivered, paid, and remitted to the Company.

    • Dropshipper and “Stockist” Guidelines:

      As a member, you will initially have access to the drop shipping system. However, if you wish to become a Stockist or an Authorized Distributor with the ability to place bulk orders, you must submit an application for approval.

  2. Privileges & Termination

    • Membership Privilege:

      Your membership is a privilege and is contingent on your purchase of the product package. If you fail to adhere to Company rules, your membership may be terminated and earnings forfeited.

    • Quota & Rank Requirements:

      Some bonuses, commissions, or incentives require specific sales or rank achievements.

    • Tax Responsibility:

      You are responsible for filing your own tax returns as per Philippine government regulations.

    • Account Transferability:

      Your membership is non-transferable, except in cases of retirement, death, or permanent disability.

  3. Code of Conduct

    Professionalism

    All affiliates must act with professionalism, respect, and integrity. Ensure your actions uphold the Company’s reputation.

    Prohibited Conduct

    You must not engage in:

    • Bribery & Corruption:

      Offering or accepting bribes or unethical payments.

    • Theft of Company Assets:

      Misappropriating Company resources, including products and intellectual property.

    • Unlawful Sales Practices:

      Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive sales tactics.

    • Sales Manipulation:

      Inflating sales or interfering with the sales process.

    • False Documentation:

      Providing false reports or misrepresenting your business activities.

    • Encouraging Unethical Practices:

      Promoting any of the above activities among affiliates or customers.

    Social Media Ethics

    • Be mindful of your posts. Refrain from posting or sharing digital content that is illegal, immoral, indecent, unethical, malicious, or distasteful, or content that degrades, belittles, or mocks the core values of the Company and the multi-level marketing industry in general.

  4. Sales & Price Policy

    • Suggested Retail Price (SRP):

      Each affiliate should sell all products at Suggested Retail Price. Affiliates may add a premium to cover advertising expenses or merchant fees of up to 15% of the SRP for local shipments or up to 30% for international markets.

    • Discounts

      Discounts can only be offered as part of negotiations, not as public promotions.

  5. Family Members

    • A family member (e.g., child or spouse) can join under the same line or genealogy of the family member who first joined the company, but cross-lining is prohibited.

  6. Cross-Lining

    SBC Transfer and Reapplication Policy
    Cross-Lining Prohibition:

    Creating a new profile under a different team (cross-lining) is strictly prohibited. However, exceptions may be made if your current sponsor has been inactive or has committed misconduct, as outlined below.

    Opening a New SBC Under a Different Line:

    If your sponsor has been inactive for at least 6 consecutive months (no communication, support, or business activity), you may request approval to open a brand-new SBC under a different team. This is not a transfer of your existing SBC, but a reapplication process that requires starting fresh under a new sponsor.

    How to Request Approval:

    To request approval to open a new SBC due to sponsor inactivity, send a formal email using your registered email address to the Company’s official support email. Include the following:

    • A detailed explanation of your situation

    • Supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, emails, message attempts)

    • Optional: A signed statement or letter from your inactive sponsor, if available

    Valid Reasons

    • Sponsor inactivity exceeding six (6) months

    • Repeated lack of response from sponsor

    • Sponsor joining another MLM

    • Sponsor misconduct leading to termination

    Important Notes:

    • Written sponsor consent may be considered valid grounds for approval

    • SBC transfers are not allowed

    • Approval requires purchase of a new product package

    • Opening a new SBC permanently disables the previous account and forfeits all related earnings and privileges

  7. Selling on Other Marketplaces

    Selling on online marketplaces may be allowed, but affiliates must comply with the following requirements:

    • Request Permission:

      Send an email with the subject “Request to Sell on [Marketplace/Platform]” and include:

      • The products you intend to sell.
      • The name of your store and the link to your store.

    • Adhere to Price Policy:

      You must follow the Company’s Price Policy. Discounts may only be offered during negotiations to close a sale, but they should not be listed or advertised publicly.

    • Avoid Undervaluation:

      Do not participate in any promotions by the marketplace that could undervalue the products.

    • Freebies Policy:

      You may not offer freebies to entice a sale unless the price is marked up by at least 10%. Freebies may only be offered as part of negotiations or after the sale, but should not be included in the public listing.

    • Authorized Photos Only

      You must use only authorized photos of the products you intend to sell.

  8. Selling on a Physical Store

    • Franchise License Requirement:

      Sellers must obtain a franchise license when setting up a store. An application should be submitted to acquire this license, and a fee will be required to complete the process.

    • Product Handling & Storage:

      Sellers are required to ensure proper handling and storage of products to maintain their quality.

    • Exclusive Brand Policy:

      Sellers are prohibited from offering or selling any other Barley Grass brands.

    • Product Placement:

      When displaying products in your physical or online store, ensure they are prominently placed and presented in a manner that reflects the quality and image of the Company.

  9. Product Handling & Storage

    Affiliates are responsible for proper storage, secure handling, and monitoring expiration dates.

  10. Major Offenses


    Certain actions will lead to immediate termination of your account:

    • Selling Below Suggested Retail Price:

      Selling or listing products below the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) is prohibited. Repeated violations will result in account termination.

    • Unauthorized Marketing Practices:

      : Creating unapproved marketing strategies, promotions, freebies, or offers that undervalue the product or involve unfair selling practices is not allowed.

    • Confidential Company Materials:

      Uploading company photos, videos, or any materials intended for private, confidential, or internal use is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, opportunity, welcome, product, or training videos that are only available within the website.

    • Unauthorized Use of Trademarks:

      : Using the Company’s brands, logos, or registered trademarks as page, account, or profile names on social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc., is strictly prohibited. Failure to remove such accounts may result in termination.

    • Defamation on Social Media:

      : Posting grievances, issues, or negative comments that harm the reputation of the Company or its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, or other members on social media is strictly prohibited.

  11. Account Termination


    An account means access to the privileges that come along with the membership. These privileges include but not limited to discounts, access to website, dashboard, funnels, chatbots, subscriptions, products, courses, marketing materials, Facebook groups, pages and all the tools that are provided by the company. When account is terminated, it means all the privileges that come with membership are also terminated this includes but not limited to earning bonuses, commissions, incentives or any type of reward. Any unclaimed or future earnings will be forfeited in favor of the company.



    The account owner will receive a Notice of Termination regarding his/her violation via email that was used in SalveoWell / SWAPP registration. If there is no appeal from the account owner within 7 days, his/her SalveoWell / SWAPP account will be terminated permanently.

  12. Returns & Replacements


    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them, under the following conditions:

    • The item must be unopened and unused.

    • The item must be in its original packaging.

    • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.


    If all conditions are met, a full refund will be issued.

    Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Return the item within 7 days, and we will send you a replacement at no additional shipping charge.F

    Incorrect Variant:

    • If the correct order was delivered, but you selected the wrong product variant, you may request a replacement. Since the issue is not due to our error, the applicable shipping fee for the replacement will be charged.

  13. Intellectual Property & Terminable Offenses


    All intellectual property related to SalveoWell remains the exclusive property of the Company. You may not alter, modify, or use the Company’s trademarks or marketing materials without permission.

    Terminable Offense

    • Creating fictitious profiles and dummy accounts for the purpose of cheating the system or creating a “kamada” in the company's binary network.

    • Creating another website, system, programs, applications or using competing digital products of the company such as chatbot, funnels, SMS, e-mail and other marketing tools that will constitute as unfair marketing practice and cause an unfair advantage to the affiliates.

    • Divulging or making internal communications and marketing videos public. This includes but not limited to uploading company created videos to other YouTube channels or embedding internal videos to social media and other websites not authorized by the company.

    • Making misrepresentations, revisions, modifications or alterations of the Company's trademarks, brands, logos, marks, marketing plan, products, advertisements, marketing materials and other provided marketing tools.

    • Engaging with any person or entity in a similar industry or a direct competitor of the Company for the purpose of employment, representation, association or sponsorship.

    • Recruiting or inducing affiliates of the Company to sell, promote, market or introduce the products, packages, services, tools, courses, marketing plan or any digital product of a competitor of SalveoWell / SWAPP.

    • Joining, associating with or registering, subscribing, promoting, representing or any other form of affiliation and membership to any entity, group or company duly declared by any government agency, bureau, judicial or quasi-judicial bodies, or other government institutions or instrumentalities, including the declaration of the government of any country that such entity, group or company as illegal or scam.

    • Selling, promoting or offering for sale unregistered securities, get-rich-quick schemes promising guaranteed returns or any illegal investment contracts.

    • Create, attempt to create disharmony, bitterness or resentment among the affiliates or members and/or the public at large by voicing out his/her concern(s), spreading rumors and/or unfounded allegations against SalveoWell or SWAPP any of its officers, employees or members of the Board of Directors in order to gain sympathy and/or cause disharmony, whether or not such actions produced the intended result.

    • Theft of any property or assets of the company whether tangible or intangible (digital).

    • Engaging in prohibited conduct such as bribery, theft, fraudulent sales practices, or any other form of unethical business activity

    • Any other form of misconduct that poses or may pose a serious detriment to SalveoWell / SWAPP., its Directors, shareholders, officers, employees and fellow members.

  14. Deceased Member Account Transfer


    The Company allows the transfer of an Affiliate’s account only in the event of the account owner’s death, subject to strict compliance with this section and Company approval.



    An account may be transferred only to one (1) qualified beneficiary, in the following order of priority:


      1. The designated beneficiary on record, if any

      2. The legal spouse of the deceased Affiliate

      3. A biological or legally adopted child (son or daughter) who is at least eighteen (18) years of age

      4. A legal heir or duly authorized estate representative, supported by legal documentation


    Transfers to uplines, downlines, friends, business partners, or multiple beneficiaries are strictly prohibited.



    All account transfer requests must be coursed through the SWAPP Admin Team. The submission of complete and necessary supporting documents is required, and no request shall be processed without full compliance with documentation requirements.

  15. Official Communications, Pages, and Process Updates


    All Affiliates agree to comply not only with these Membership Terms & Conditions, but also with all Company Policies, Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines, and official announcements issued by SalveoWell / SWAPP.



    Official Communication Channels include, but are not limited to:



    • The official SalveoWell / SWAPP website

    • Official SalveoWell / SWAPP Facebook Pages

    • Official SalveoWell / SWAPP Facebook Groups

    • Official SalveoWell / SWAPP email communications sent from company-authorized email addresses

    • Other platforms or communication channels officially designated and managed by the Company or the SWAPP Admin Team


    Any updates, clarifications, procedural changes, or additional requirements published through these Official Communication Channels shall be deemed valid, binding, and effective upon posting or release, unless otherwise stated.


    Affiliates are responsible for regularly checking and staying informed of all announcements and updates issued through the Company’s Official Communication Channels. Failure to review or acknowledge such updates shall not exempt any Affiliate from compliance, enforcement, disciplinary action, suspension, or termination.


    Continued use of the SalveoWell / SWAPP platform, participation in programs, receipt of commissions or incentives, or maintenance of an active account constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all such updates.

  16. Updates and Amendments


    The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions, policies, procedures, and processes at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of such changes.
